my dashboard to go but access denied, i dont know why?

Try reloading the page (ctrl F5). If that doesn’t work try logging out and in again. Also maybe check the URL (sometimes I think it does that when you view an old attachment).
If it still doesn’t work you can contact CS like it says.

Are you using any IP extension? If so, then please remove it & then retry!

You can click on the FAQ they talk about.
Just try refreshing again after a while, like in 5 mins time and again after 10 mins if it still gives the message. They’re probably having site problems.

I suppose it if keeps giving that access denied when trying to load the dashboard it could be it’s blocked your current IP address for some reason.

OK, then you have to wait for a few minutes & keep removing catches of your system.

Might be a bug since there is also a bug where users are not seeing any ratings, try clearing your browser cookies and see if anything changes
