Account balance discrepancy

Hi.

Not sure if I’m in the right place. My account balance says $50. I’ve just withdrawn everything in there. And I only have pending orders to the value of $15. Any ideas why this is happening?

What value of pending payments do you think you should have?

It will refresh to zero if you withdrawn already, took some time for me too. 🙂

Normally it’ll adjust within a short time if you’ve done the transaction properly.

If it won’t adjust then contact with the support. They’ll log into your account and refresh it.

They do. I’ve experienced it. And the person informed me that he logged in my account to do a little refresh.
