Account Blocked! Your account was flagged for promotion abuse

MY Account has been blocked with the following email text, please anybody guide me what is the reason?

Your account was flagged for promotion abuse. As a result, your Fiverr account was disabled.
To maintain the integrity and quality of our marketplace, we do not accept any attempt to manipulate or hack any of Fiverr’s campaigns.

Due to your account being disabled, you cannot log in or withdraw any funds you may have.
If you have any funds available for withdrawal 90 days from now, you will get an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw.
This email will be sent automatically and there is no need to contact customer support.

You could contact support at support@fiverr.com if you can’t contact at the seller help centre/helpdesk.

Did you promote your gig with Fiverr’rs gig promotion option and do anything unusual? Did you click on any promoted gigs - that said they were promoted or had “Ad” next to it (maybe too much)?

Nothing did like that, Yesterday I just updated my gigs photos and also uploaded video which was not approved
All photos and video were pure mine.

Just contact support at that address then and let them know or ask for more info on the reason.

Did you add things like top rated seller or claims that are not true either on the image or inside the video?

I don’t think I did anything like that. Yesterday I just updated my gigs photos purely belong to my own Inventory Demo.
In case of violation they issue some warning, but I have not received warnings etc.

Depending on the violation, they might not issue a warning, instead they block the account directly if it’s a severe violation.

But I’m a seller. most of buyers use their promo codes.
I have not got anything out of their promotions. So how promotional abuse for me?
