i am sending email of support customer , but tell me is my account was recorded ? how many days ? i did not about any idea , fiver going to again down me

Unfortunately you signed that you read and understood fiverr rules so the excuse that you are new wouldn’t work.

Fiverr is very strict in their rules. If they find that you indeed broke rules you will not get your account back.

Why again? Did they block you before?

That doesn’t matter. Of course you never broke rules again because your account is restricted.
You got restricted for MULTIPLE violations so from your logic you did break rules again.
