If your account has been disabled I’m afraid nothing we can do here. Contact CS and hopefully they will give you an answer why??

Sometimes, it is possible for Fiverr to disable an account without any prior warnings if the ToS violation that was perpetrated by the user was serious enough.

I think you should have received an email which tells you (at least very briefly) what the nature of the ToS violation was.

Unless Fiverr disabled your account by mistake, they are probably not going to restore your account. However, as @hum_on_the_go said, you will have to contact Fiverr’s Customer Support for a definite answer.
