When I contacted customer service they weren’t helpful as to why my account was disabled for " Security reasons". I had over 30+ positive reviews and 2 bad ratings. If they have not returned the funds to buyers and you can show appropriate ID that matches your payment account, you may be able to withdraw your funds.
