Account got restricted after sending ID

Today I received a notification from Fiverr that I need to send my ID to verify my account.I did all that and they restricted my account probably because of the photo quality. I don’t have a better smartphone to take the picture, nor a better camera to do so. I contacted customer service but still no reply. Has anyone been in the same situation before?
