As topic, I received the notification from Fiverr to verify my identity. I followed the steps with my phone, submitting passport with my picture page and taking a selfie. But the verification kept failed, then I got the mail that my account has been restricted because Fiverr wasn’t able to verify my identity after multiple attempts. And I still don’t know why I got restriction after submitting everything the verification need.
I am now having some active orders and one is already delivered today. I don’t know if I can get the payment when my account is restricted. Does anyone know about this…?
And I just have contacted CS team for the restriction issue, does anyone know when they will help me to active my account and deal with the restriction issue…?
