Account has been restricted after verifying ID failed

Hi,

As topic, I received the notification from Fiverr to verify my identity. I followed the steps with my phone, submitting passport with my picture page and taking a selfie. But the verification kept failed, then I got the mail that my account has been restricted because Fiverr wasn’t able to verify my identity after multiple attempts. :upside_down_face: And I still don’t know why I got restriction after submitting everything the verification need.

I am now having some active orders and one is already delivered today. I don’t know if I can get the payment when my account is restricted. Does anyone know about this…? :pensive:

And I just have contacted CS team for the restriction issue, does anyone know when they will help me to active my account and deal with the restriction issue…?

How long did they take to get back to you ?

Hi, I contacted Fiverr CS team and they got back to me and recovered my account within 2 days. I believe if you contact CS team and detail your problem, they will be definitely helpful!!
