Account name acesss

A few days back I use the name of profile ( adstrikemedia ) , which is registered trademark company belong to someone as and for that purpose i delete my account and now the person who own that company wants to create their profile with the name of ( adstrikemedia ) but the Fiverr say its already taken but actually, i disable the profile so please kindly can you advise me like how that person use account using same name as they have website with that name thanks
