Account suspended, technical team yet to respond


My account has been suspended 2 weeks ago and Fiverr support told me it was due to entering an incorrect code too many times. I was told to just change the password on my account and it will be lifted.
The site would just go back to the home screen when submitting a new password. Now I have a ticket to hear back from technical support. I’m trying to be patient.

My thoughts are someone has tried hacking my account, because I never even entered any incorrect code. Disappointing and upset!

Any thoughts on this?


The only source of answers would be from Customer Support. If they have promised you an answer, and have not yet done so, you will have to be patient. Fiverr does not suspend accounts unless the owner of the account has broken the rules of the site, or done something illegal.
