more than 15 days and still waiting for my account back .

any hope Customer Support help me on this ?

Because i got ( " Your account is temporarily disabled. Please check the email we sent you explaining what happened." ) each time as a reply .

My account status is below

" Your account is temporarily disabled. Please check the email we sent you explaining what happened. "

Dear sir same condition with my account …any chance to recover my account if is statement is "Your account is temporarily disabled. We sent you an email explaining what happened"
