Hello ,

i discovered that when i m online my account does not seem to be online.

Is there any problem with account settings

I’ve noticed the same thing but realized it just takes Fiverr a moment to catch up with itself.

I believe the way that it works is you have to be active for a certain amount of time before Fiverr considers you ‘online’.

This is what I’ve learned from user the filter options when viewing my gigs presence. I imagine you were doing the same.

Try to delete cookies and history of your web browser. Also make sure that you have fiverr app installed in your smartphone and your smartphone must be connected with the internet.
