Activation email says good to go but can't Activate!

Hi! Successfully registered and received activation email, which showed the account was up and running. But it isn’t, and I keep getting a notice that I need to activate the account. As a result, I don’t know whether the RFQ I posted went up, since the new account seems to be in some sort of live/not live state . Need to know how to resolve thisin limbo state, please, whether by taking some directed action or from Fiverr intervention.
