Yes you can use it i have installed two Ad blocker om Browser extension,
It will no effect because Fiverr not running any Ads on his Platform,

You need not to worry because Fiverr does not run ads on both app or desktop view

Don’t worry about it. You can you ad blocker without any tension. I also use it.
