Add voice over to video

I found the artist I want to create my video intro. And I found the person I want for voiceover. But…how do I combine them? Do I have to do so outside of Fiverr?

Contacting users outside of Fiverr is against the Terms of Service which you will find at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.

Contact each of them using Fiverr messaging and find out which would need to be done first - I’d think it would be the voiceover first and then the video.

I agree. Ask the intro video maker it they will create the intro video with the voice over file from the voice over artist (ie. if you get the voice over done you can then, if the intro maker agrees first, attach that when ordering the intro video, specifying in the requirements that you would like it as part of the delivered video).

Some voice over artists will add the audio and video together for you. Sometimes a small charge.
