Adding Gig extra

Hi,
I have a problem in “adding extra in Gig” where we check box on and can add two different Gig extra Title, Description, for an extra $ and additional ‘days’.
I made a Gig since 6 months ago, but when i want to on check box then it’s not appear after saving in final result.
Please help me if anyone know about that or send me link to better under stand
I am new, i have 5 Gigs alive.
