Adding Gig Extras to Existing Orders?

Howdy, Folks! A buyer placed an order with me and decided he wanted to upgrade to expedited delivery. He asked that I do a cancellation so he can re-order, but obviously I don’t want to do that if possible. Can he add an extra to the existing order? I think he can, but I don’t know how to walk him through this process.

From my experience, one the order has been placed, the only way to add in an expedition is to manually purchase the equivalent amount of gigs. The expedition choice no longer shows up on your order page.
