Adding more gigs to an order in progress

My apologies if this has been discussed already. As sellers, we’ve all been there. A buyer doesn’t order enough gigs to cover what they want. For instance, they buy 1 30 second voiceover when they really need 90 seconds



Can someone explain how they can add more units to an order in progress? I thought I knew how but I either don’t of my buyers can’t follow instructions.
