Adjusting Orders After Purchase

I had a client order a gig with a next day delivery extra. Being Xmas eve I cannot provide next day delivery and would like to change the order by removing the next day delivery charge and returning it to the client. How do I go about doing this?

Ask for an extension of the delivery date. You can do that through the “Dispute” filing option.

You can request one extra delivery day through the resolution center!
