I had a client order a gig with a next day delivery extra. Being Xmas eve I cannot provide next day delivery and would like to change the order by removing the next day delivery charge and returning it to the client. How do I go about doing this?
Ask for an extension of the delivery date. You can do that through the “Dispute” filing option.
