Advertising - Book Promotion

We need to create a new subcategory under Advertising called Book Promotion.

We have different promotional channels for book, ebook, book trailer, book review, book talk and others (anything related with book).

To promote book through:

1. Email / newsletter
2. Social Media
3. Blog / Vlog
4. TV / Channel
5. Radio
6. Others

It makes sense to put all in one subcategory (Book Promotion).

Those categories also apply to the voice over category for those of us who voice books, trailers etc. There must be some way to have it cross categories for both advertising and voice over too.
