Advice for disappointed buyer - complaints procedure

Hi have just had a negative experience with a graphic designer who could not do the basic colour… type set requirements and after a few requests with detail explanations about what we wanted …he did not deliver and just dumped the job. Great we now have a book with no graphic design and have to start from scratch. please advise where fiverrs complaint procedure is located and how we can get our money back.

Did you try to communicate with your seller? You can ask him for a refund. You can also open the order and click on “Resolution Center”, which will allow you to cancel the order, but your seller needs to accept the cancellation. If you encounter issues you can contact customer support for assistance.
