Affect on performance because of un-notified gig orders

lately, I’ve been experiencing this, some random people are hiring me for literally random work which is not provided anywhere in my gig, when explaining, they easily apologize and cancel the order, but this is significantly affecting my performance meter in the analytics which in result is lowering down my position in the search bar. Any solution to this is there a way to mandate the conversation between buyer and seller first, before ordering any gig.
