The second evaluation day is coming I already maintain my ratting but my question is after evaluation my rating will be same or it will again 100%? My Response Rate is 100%, Orders Completed 95% and Delivered on Time 95 % as well.
Stay the same until you meet the criteria to either be promoted or demoted.
I just cancelled one order after second evaluation started and after that I complete 3 orders with the 5 star rating but the rating is the same why?
Old orders will drop off your stats too once they pass 60 days so sometimes a work completed positively really only evens out the statistic to remain what it was.
@nickwilson777 these figures will change every day as your total number of completed orders changes every day.
Here is how you figure out the completion rate:
Number of completed orders in the last 60 days = X
Number of completed orders - number of cancellations, including chargebacks = Y
Y / X = Completion rate

to see all the cancelled orders and chargebacks.
65 orders in the last 60 days
7 cancellations including chargebacks in the last 60 days
65 - 7 = 58
58/65 = .89 or 89% (It’s actually .8923 but the number is rounded to the nearest two numbers)
