Against do's & dont's




People on the forums are members just like you, so no one can fix your problem. Customer support seems to be very busy right now with the post version 3 launch. As a leveled seller, I receive priority responses to my CS tickets, yet the pressing issue I recently had took over a week to be taken care of. I know from previous experience, however, that that is not normally the case.

I assure you, they WILL respond to you. Don’t file another report, that’ll just slow CS down even more (and unfortunately, impatient people tend to do just that, so we can also thank THEM when CS is slow). You can reply to the email you already got from them, just to remind them that you’re still waiting.
