"Almost 1 month before i edit my gig but still not found in search results.."

Hi I’m sure you all are doing well.

I edit my gig (Price, delivery days, and tags) one month before. Normally it takes 2 to 3 days to come again in search results. But this is not happened with me. I contact with customer support and they give me a link to check if your gig is active, it’s mean is it in search results.

Although my gig are active but i do not found in search results (I checked randomly)…

Now what should i have to do!

I have to still wait.?
I have to again edit me gig?
Contact again with CS?

Hi! I faced the same issue and still can’t find my Gig in my category. I even contacted CS about this three times. As I understand now from their last reply, if your Gig is active it means that Buyer can see it on the marketplace. The reason why you can’t see your Gig on the marketplace may be that the marketplace is not the same for everyone. It shows what can be more useful for you and as I think has its own algorithm of how it shows our Gigs.
Try to write one-two keywords of your Gig in search and you will see that your Gig is on the marketplace. I found mine by using a keyword.
