When there is nothing to show in the buyer request it means there is no job regarding your gigs.
follow some tips.

1. Create a professional Account Description Regarding your Skills.
2. Create 7 gigs According your Skills.

Then search google for Your Time Zone Actually there are some specific time in which people have post more request which is depend upon your country time zone.
