Amount to Wirthdraw

My earnings are not showing in the tab of “Available for Withdrawal”. Please advise for it.

Also when I am clicking on the tab “Bank Transfer”, a window is Pop up with a msg “Network Problem”. however, my mobile is connected to the internet properly.
Please advise where should I address the complain.
