Another Fiverr seller trying to harras

What can I do if another Fiverr seller is trying to harras me by ordering a $5 gig and demanding $100 work.

When I send request for cancellation mentioning as “We cannot agree on price”, he declines and sent me back cancellation request as “Seller is not qualified to work” does the reason matters my rankings?

Where can I report suck behaviour?

decline his request and send your cancelation again, if he declines again and sends you his request ,do it again and again. then report him to CS if he stills try to decline after many times.

Yes, contacting the CS is probably the best solution in this situation. Do you have some similar gigs with the other seller?
