Another payment question


Help, I am trying to understand how this Fiverr payment system works. I have completed two gigs so far. One is showing completed and one is showing delivered, yet I only show $4 earned. For the first gig, the buyer left a rating but for the second gig buyer did not leave a rating. The second gig showed as delivered 3 days ago but it looks like I have not received credit for payment. Why does it take long to receive credit?

Also is there a way to contact Fiverr staff for issues relating to payment?


The one that is completed is where your $4 came from. Once the one that is “delivered” moves into “completed” status you’ll see the additional $4. If it doesn’t go into “completed” status by the end of the day/night today, then I’d say to contact Fiverr Support. Doesn’t seem too out of the ordinary.


Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond and post a review (or 14 days for Gigs with shipping). If no response is provided within the respond time, the order will be considered completed.
