Any known issues with attachments in inbox messages?

Are there any known issues with attachments sitting in “scanning for viruses” status ad infinum in the messaging inbox? I’m currently having an issue where sellers are trying to send me examples of there work, but the “files” are just sitting there. I can see their size, and the orange text that reads: “scanning for viruses” but I can’t click on/download/access the files in any way. Please let me know if you’ve seen something similar to this and what you may have done to fix it. Thanks!

Yes, The fiverr message box is not letting the seller to send message. It will be solved soon I guess!

For anyone curious, switching browsers over to Microsoft Edge appears to have circumvented the issue. 🙂
