Anybody's video not appearing on portfolio?

My buyer just marked one of my video gigs complete and he has published the sample of my video so it should be appearing on my portfolio, but when I click on it, it doesn’t seem to be appearing? I thought it will be good to have the video sample up on my gig to give buyers an overview.



What can be done?

If anyone is having this issue, I would appreciate it if you could help as I delivered another video just now but the system is still generating preview and the sample doesn’t seem to be appearing. When buyers mark it complete, the samples are not appearing on my portfolio. Is this due to Fiverr bug??

Have you waited 24 to 48 hours? I don’t think it’s instant, but I could be wrong as I don’t really have gigs that involve using the portfolio feature yet.

Reply to @freelancemm: that’s what the CS told me… to wait 24 hours but normally the video preview comes instantly… I have never experienced this before and I have made about 20 videos before!

I have no idea then, hopefully it fixes itself within that time-frame. I haven’t had any technical issues with Fiverr other than minor ones that usually fixed themselves within a time-frame equivalent to that. 🙂
