Anyone else having attachement problems?

ever since the server problem I have been getting attachment problems, first the attachment icon wouldn’t show up.Now I can not download the files I receive from my clients. I keep getting the error shown below. I have tried all those clear cache and cookies tricks none of them work. Anyone know of a solid fix?
