Anyone else having trouble contacting Fiverr support?


Just curious if anyone else is having problems contacting Fiverr support? Every time I have tried to send them a message over the last 3 days it says “Delivery Failed, try again”

This has been like this for about 3-4 days now. I did just lose TRS are we not allow to contact support if we are not TRS?

Any help would be awesome.

I’ve seen other posts about people saying the same thing. So, I think it is more of a glitch/bug. Have you perhaps tried contacting them via CS’ e-mail address?


There might probably be that you’re doing something wrong placing the request to CS. Can’t say as I don’t see what happens there…
