Anyone Else Not Able To Deliver Their Work?

Just curious if it’s me or system wide? Trying to complete my orders and it keeps saying that “We’re Sorry, But Something Went Wrong”. Sigh.

I’ve submitted a ticket. Just curious. Sigh. Hope everyone is having a fabulous night otherwise! :slight_smile:

I’m not having problems right now,but the last time I did I was able to get it working. I don’t know if this will work for you. When I got that error messages I logged out of Fiverr, cleared the cookies and cache from my browser and restarted the browser. When I logged back in, I had 3 attachments to send and I sent them one at a time instead of in bulk. It worked. It’s worth a try! Good luck.

Fiverr’s attachment handler is broken. That hasn’t happened in a while…It used to happen all the time in the old days.

What you can do is upload your files to dropbox, and deliver a “blank” gig (No attachments), but include the links to the files on dropbox.
