Anyone know why there is a delay with CS?

I delivered a support ticket in regards to an issue with one of my sales and seemed to not be getting any response back even though of my Level 2 status (typically they’d answer within the hour - at the most a few).



To put it in perspective I submitted two tickets previously and it’s been two months with no response on either of them. Anyone know why there is a delay with CS? Or experiencing such a high wait time as well?

I haven’t submitted a ticket today, but I have had a few that have taken several hours. Not to worry though, I’m sure they will be in touch soon!
