Anyone please explain this issue

Everybody is having the same problem. I just got an order, but have no way of communicating with my client. They are working to resolve it, hopefully soon.


Last time there was an issue the site was down for an hour or so, in addition to the hours the site was up, but not working. Let’s hope they solve it faster this time.
