Apologizing to a canceled buyer?

I’m still relatively new to Fiverr so this might be a silly question, but this last week I got very sick (to the point where I couldn’t get out of bed or touch my computer for 5 days) and wasn’t able to follow through on an order placed since the delivery was 3 days. They didn’t leave a negative review or anything in fact they were very professional about it, but I wanted to follow up and apologize for my disappearance. I don’t see a response option, so do I have to leave it be or is there another way to contact them?

I suppose if this sort of thing happens in the future it is best to just suspend all my Gigs! Lesson learned.
