Last week I was overbooked till end of the week and with the app I switched on Out of Office at 6:15am. That evening about 6pm I got an order. I went to the site and it did not say Out of Office though the app still did. I had to apologize to the customer and cancel the order as they needed the VO within the hour. This put my completion rate at 80% though I’ve always completed work for a client within a few hours. I contacted support but got no response and they marked it as resolved. Sent to them again and again they marked it as resolved but no change to the rating. I also get these annoying surveys on how well support handled my problem but it hasn’t been handled and I’ve not gotten any communication back.
