App says "no internet connection"

Sometimes when I try to use the app it says in a red bar at the bottom of the screen “no internet connection” when I do have one. Has anyone had this happen and what is the solution?

I’ve had this happen when I was at a hotel and also at home.


If you are using android OS, try to update the app to the latest version, if still doesn’t work, remove the app cache.

I have an iPhone but if you try to update the app, delete and download the app, or turn your phone on/off maybe this should help resolve the issue
