i have applied to be a pro seller on fiverr , but i didn’t get any respond or an e-mail , is that’s okay ?

I have never applied for it though but they might have been taking time in reviewing the request.

Apparently it takes a while before you hear back from Fiverr.
Yeah. I do remember someone saying it can take weeks or months to get a response? And that you may not even get one.
Sometimes it will take few months. I also applied for PRO few months ago. I got the reply today. I couldn’t make it. 
But I will try again and again. Wish you all the best.
