As a new, motivated buyer for Chinese/English services, where should I begin?

Hello Fiverr Fans,

We are new to the Fiverr community and looking for advice on how to develop a good freelance/seller base of quality services.

We will be looking for the following services:

Travel Blogging/Posting with 3 SEO Keywords.

Chinese writing and translation of these posts.

Posting these articles to a variety of travel sites English/Chinese.

Posting onto our website blog forum.

Posting onto the writers own blog platform.

Translation of our website into Chinese.

Register and post to the 5 major Chinese search engines (Baidu etc.)

We want to have a stronger web presence on the Chinese search engines via different travel blogs and blog sites.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
