How do I follow up a service whom I paid on 8 July 2016 and have not received what was promised (quick turn-around offered). I can no longer find the supplier when I do a ‘search’
Most likely the seller was banned if you can’t find them, unless there is some other browser glitch. Did you check your Fiverr account to see if maybe Customer Support already refunded you? If so, you’d have the funds in your Fiverr credit to spend on another gig. If not, you might need to submit a ticket to Customer Support to ask them what to do. They will help you out although they are really busy so it might take a couple of days.
