Why fiverr blocks when we enable auto refresh extention in our chrome?

Probably because it will make you seem to be “online” (ie. recently loaded a Fiverr page manually) when you aren’t/haven’t. eg. one of the search options is to search through the “online” status and using auto-refresh would make you appear there even when you aren’t available to reply quickly to a message.

You say on your profile that time is money. Buyers feel that they’re wasting their time when they message a seller who appears to be online, and then it looks like that seller is ignoring them.

Fiverr blocks it because they don’t want you to use it.
