Automated Analytical ratings

Since last one week, I don’t have any order and I have delivered my last order 5 days before that time my rating was 100 in order completion and response rate was 92%. But since yesterday its fall down to 88% and order completion also 89%. I am wondering what is the mechanism behind it. Since last four days I have not received any message or any order still the rating is going down. Can anybody help me with this?
