Hi. I’m new to Fiverr. I’m wondering if there is a way to setup an email that clients get automatically upon purchasing a gig. Something that would start with “Thanks for your purchase!” and explain next steps.

Do you like getting emails that read:
Dear Bank User
We are so delighted you chose to use our bank.
Please bank with us more
Signed: Your Bank
I assume not.
Send a real message.
Besides, when someone buys your Gig you should be putting them through a Requirements Form to ensure you get what is needed to deliver right results first time. You can put a generic thanks there.
