Average response time calculation error

Until now I’ve done just one gig which was cancelled by mutual cancellation. My average response time was 7 hours, which was correct.
I had followup conversations with the buyer, and one of my messages to him was paused for approval by Fiverr. Later Fiverr approved the message. Now my average response time shows “5 days”. I think it was because of the message that was held for approval for too long. I’ve always responded back to the buyer within 24 hours.
Hope the bug could be corrected.
Moreover, I hope response time could be calculated for gigs only, rather than for messages in the inbox.

Contact fiverr support and try to describe them in full. And try to get more orders, reponse time can be fixed if you get frequent knocks from clients.
