Awesome Fiverr customer support

I just want to let you all know , that I had to solve some technical matter with fiverr customer support today, but the person who assisting me , Mr Mitch did a very great job by providing prompt reply and clear instruction on how to resolve the matter . The problem was solved and everything is good to go again .

As a used to be buyer now a seller I truly appreciate such great service provided by fiverr

There are some great people answering the tickets, yes! Lately I’ve been impressed with how fast the tickets are answered. Before I had to wait days, now minutes!

Much respect. My only wish for improvement would be a way to tip the person who handled the ticket.
