Bad Rating Without any Modification Request

Please, I need help.
How do I go about a buyer who gave me one star rating without requesting for modification on the service rendered to him?

Refund him and ask him to remove the negative feedback if he doesn’t reply you,CS will cancel the order

Added: Just checked your profile,FYI its called a 4 Star Review also its 2 Months old
now i don’t think that review is going to be deleted.

Logical Reasons:
Its not abusive/insulting,Its just a normal “Good” Feedback
Its been more than 14 days,I don’t know how you’r gonna refund him

Try asking the customer support but there are very bright chances that the feedback is going to stay.

Focus on upcoming sales to get a 5 stars rating :slight_smile:

Ask to client what you not get? and try to provide best creative work and ask to change feedback.
