Bad response time because of spam

Hey there!

I am new to Fiverr and already recieved my first spam message. Since it not only was spam but also was against the user licence agreements (he suggested to make a deal outside of Fiverr), I decided to ignore this message.

But now I only have a 50% response rate, which looks really bad. As I tried to get my rating back, I deleted the message because I couldn’t find any button to mark it as spam.

How can I get my good rating back?

Yeah - I had three of those in quick succession this morning.

What seems to work is to respond with “no thanks” or something similar. then report and block. If you just ignore it affects your stats.
