Bad review but 100% qualityful work

I am a new seller on fiverr. One client give me bad review but I did her work 100% with best quality. Now what can i do?

This is what the buyer has written in your negative review-

"Horrible communication as the seller BARELY speaks English. Complete waste of time as he has no clue what he is saying or is being told. Beware."

The buyer has already mentioned all the elements that you need to improve on. Improve upon each and every one of those elements mentioned by the buyer and you might hopefully get better reviews in the future.
